Sierra joins the Republican Caucus staff after having previously worked on a number of political campaigns and civic organizations throughout the state including Colorado Business Roundtable and Rocky Mountain MCA. Immediately before joining the caucus she worked as an immigration paralegal at a Boulder law firm. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado - Boulder.
