House Republican Leaders Respond to School Shooting in Evergreen

(Denver, CO – September 10, 2025) – House Republican leaders released the following statement regarding today’s school shooting in Evergreen:

“Our hearts break for the students, families, and entire Evergreen community as they face the devastation of today’s school shooting. Schools should be places of learning, growth, and safety — not sites of fear and tragedy.

We grieve with those who have been critically injured and are praying for their full recovery. As leaders, we remain committed to working together to protect our children, support victims, and strengthen community safety across Colorado.”
