Ethan Tartaglia holds a Bachelor's degree in History with minors in Legal Studies and Political Science from Colorado State University. He began his career as a Legal Intern at DeSantis Law Firm, focusing on legal research and writing. Before his current role, he served as a Research intern at Common Sense Institute Colorado, gaining experience in policy analysis and economics. Ethan started his full-time position at Colorado House Republicans in January 2024, where he hopes to apply his skills in state policy and policy analysis.
