Carson Capps

Policy Director

Carson formerly served as a senior aide to Assistant Minority Leader Ty Winter and now serves as the Policy Director for the Colorado House Republicans. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Westminster University, where he also played NCAA Division II lacrosse. A Colorado native and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Carson brings energy and dedication to advancing thoughtful, conservative policy at the Capitol.
